And thank you to all that came to watch our little plays! Usually I can expect around 20 parents/grandparents to attend...not this year! What awesome families we have....I promise next time we will have this in the library so we have more space! Regardless, the students had a blast, loved seeing you all, and did an excellent job!

Enjoy The First Thanksgiving Story (told with sound effects!)

Skype Storytime....from across the ocean!

We were so fortunate to have Keaton's uncle, Jared, skype in to our classroom and read us the story If You Take a Mouse To School. Jared lives in Pohang, South Korea. We had zero tech glitches and enjoyed hearing the story and learning a bit about the area. It was 2:30 in Kansas, and 5:30am the next day in Pohang! Jared also taught the class how to say "hello" in Korean.... it sounds like "Ahn-young", and the kids had fun practicing that with a bow. :)

Thanks, Jared! We really enjoyed talking with you!
